Program Description

Body

In the grand and historic Carnegie Library of Homestead, a little book named Liam sits on a high shelf, watching the world go by. As the library buzzes with activity-librarians preparing for the day, children exploring the aisles, and even visits from historical figures-Liam dreams of the day he will be picked up, read, and cherished.

But days turn into weeks, and weeks into months, and Liam remains untouched. As he patiently waits, Liam reflects on the many stories he has witnessed within the library's walls. From Miss Sperry, the dedicated librarian, to Mr. Carnegie himself, Liam's story is intertwined with the history and heart of the library.

Liam the Lonesome Library Book is a heartwarming tale that brings to life the magical world of libraries and the special bond between books and readers. Perfect for children and adults alike, this story is a celebration of the joy of reading and the timeless adventures that await within the pages of a book.

Craft to follow.
